Lillian Evans-Stump has over 25 years of experience in business and tax consulting for high technology companies, construction firms, dental and legal firms, pizza restaurant, retail stores, gasoline stations and other start up businesses. She started her bookkeeping and income tax service company in 1981 at San Jose, California. EZ Tax Service (L.E. Financial Management) was established in June 2005 in Fernley, Nevada.
Lillian obtained her Bachelor of Sciense in Mathematics and Master's Degree in Administration at the University of the Philippines. While managing her business, she attended the San Jose State University at night pursuing MBA in Taxation. She has numerous Certificates of Completion on various Tax Seminars Courses offered by the Internal Revenue Service and various tax professional organizations of which she is a member, like NAEA and NATP.
Lillian's expertise in tax consulting contributed significantly to a small French software components company headquartered in Paris that has gone public with NASDAQ. Lillian served as their in-house tax consultant for three and a half years. She was instrumental in setting them up with 13 states for corporate, sales and payroll taxes. Among her responsibilities were sales tax reporting, policies and procedures, respresent the company in sales tax audits and interphased with Eenst & Young, their auditors in the preparation of Corporate Tax Returns and Consolidated State Tax Returns.
